Trim fat off steak or eat it?

What's the recommendation from the Whole30 crew regarding fat on the edges of steaks - eat it or trim it off?

I love the taste of the fat on steaks and have avoided it for decades. 

Does it count towards my fat intake for the meal?

Haha... well @kirkor's answer is funny but... the truth is:

If the steak is from a properly raised, grass fed, undrugged animal, chow down!

If the steak is from a less than properly raised, grain fed, probably drugged animal, cut it off... fat is where toxins go to hang out...
