Kirstinminor
Tea and water are my only drinks. I have earl grey in the morning, then green tea throughout the day. Other than the caffeine intake, is there any reason to limit my tea? (I've made sure all ingredients are compliant)

Back in the day, 2012, they used to tell everyone to drink 1-2 cups caffeine (especially coffee) in the morning and lay off in the afternoon for sleep purposes.
