Hi there-


My name is Cas and I decided to begin my Whole 30 today actually. I am a crossfit junkie and have been doing that for a little over 8 months now. I am not 100% on how all of this works, there is a lot of forums and reading and am a little bit overwhelmed by the community. Anywho, I did good today on my meals and water intake. I will be paroozing around a bit longer to try and get a better feel for the community.
