sambrooks812 Posted April 11, 2017 Share Posted April 11, 2017 First time through Whole30! I was actually surprised how "easily" the first week went by. I had carb flu for a day for sure, but other than that not too bad. Then today...day 8. I feel like my body (more mentally than physically) revolted. Tired, cranky, no (healthy) food sounded good, and my cravings were non stop all day. BOO. I've stayed strong, but I think I'm beginning to understand how it can be so hard to hang on for 30 days.
