Started April 10, and need help with pre/post workout meal

Pre-workout, you want fat and protein -- a hard boiled egg with a little mayo, some leftover meat with some avocado or olives. 

Post-workout, you want lean protein and starchy vegetable. Chicken breast or tuna with sweet potato, for instance.

These aren't full meal sized portions, just a few bites is fine.
