Day 1 4/11/17

Today is my 2nd day 1.  I meant to start yesterday but completely screwed up. 

Breakfast- Eggs and fruit salad (apple and 1/2 banana)

Lunch- cracklin Chicken from Nom Nom Paleo, roasted red peppers "Fried" califlower rice.   Side of salad with a drizzle of lemon juice. 

Dinner- Turkey burgers topped with 1/4 avocado and 1/2 sweet potato
