Hello Whole 30 world.  This is my first time doing this. I have been Paleo since May 2014, but I seem to have issues with bloat so hoping I can figure out what might be causing that. I am very fit, exercise regularly and vigorously and eat quiet healthy. I'm also sober, so no alcohol at all.  It's gotta be something!  Looking forward to getting to know others and receiving/giving encouragement. :)
