In day and need advice!!

So I'm in day 4, things are going great so far, but I'm starting to notice how many products have sugar in them. Any advice how to the difference between added sugar and natural sugars? At first I wasn't eating anything that contained any amount of sugar per serving, but so many food have naturally occurring sugars. How do I tell the difference?

Your only concern is if sugar is listed in the ingredient list.  If sugar is listed in the nutrition facts panel but not the ingredient list, then it's safe to assume it's naturally occurring sugar.  You may also want to check out the Sneaky Sugars download.  You can find it on my signature at the bottom of this post, or you can google it.
