Thanks so much for the encouragement!

I'm nursing a virus with a hacking cough and haven't slept well the past 2 nights so feeling pretty wiped out.

11:20 black decaf coffee

Plan for rest of day:

Meal 2 (12 noon):  cup bone broth, huge salad (spinach, arugula, Brussels sprouts, grape tomatoes, mushrooms, nori sheet, sauerkraut, TJ cooked chicken breast, can water-packed sardines, primal blueprint mayo, red boat fish sauce

Meal 3 (5:20 PM):  L/O homemade burger, steamed broccoli, arugula, 5 olives, evoo
