Hi everyone! I'm new to the Whole 30 and hoping to start next week. I am wondering if all of the seven healthy fats listed on the Whole 30 meal template are mandatory for every meal or can I pick and choose? (coconut, olive oils, avocado, shredded coconut, nuts etc etc.) Thanks!

1-2 thumbs or equivalent servings (a half to whole avocado, heaping handful of olives, etc) at every meal.
