New to the Forum-Day 15 of the Program

Hi everyone!  I am new to the Forum, but started the program April 6.  So far, so good!  I survived Easter and my grandson's birthday staying compliant.  I have a Jack and Jill shower this weekend, but have a plan in place.  I have found success in lots of planning :)  I have done countless weight loss/wellness programs in the past, but this feels more like a lifestyle change, and I am loving it.  I try to spend one weekend day cooking a week's worth of food, making a bit extra to freeze.  I am even slowly getting my husband on board!  I have a long history of sleep disorders/chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and other health issues.  So far, I am feeling great and definitely sleeping better.  I joined the forum for inspiration and accountability.  I am thrilled to be on this journey with all of you!
