Breakfast- Biggby bagel and cream cheese, 20 oz nonfat iced latte (2 shots) ** caused stomach ache

Feeling strangely full

Lunch - steak tips portabella and broccoli lean cuisine, carrots and sugar snap peas, ranch dip, cheese stick

Afternoon- not.even hungry but brain wanted coffee. 20 oz nonfat iced latte (2 shots)

Late Afternoon - 2 eggs boiled, pecans, almonds, cheese stick (after swimming)

Evening - Little Caesars Italian cheese bread, left over chicken


Overall not feeling horrible. I didn't have a tired lull this afternoon. Really craving carbs tonight though
