Hi Everyone.

I have found that if I eat breads...I want to eat all the things. So...will definitely be cutting those back. Having some serious cravings for everything too...it's hard. But I think its more of a craving to be a rebel and break from compliancy because you know...technically I am not doing the program, so I need to eat all the things. I usually have a piece of cheese or a gulp of almond milk (I find he curbs some cravings).
