MorganTries
I am on my first day of my first Whole30. I think my biggest challenge food-wise is going to be either finding good, egg-free breakfasts or learning to like eggs without smothering them in cheese. This morning I had sliced turkey and a banana, which tells me things aren't going so hot on that front. I made yummy roast beef and roasted veggies for lunch (with leftovers for dinner) but I lost my appetite halfway through... There's a lot of change upcoming for me, so I'm not sure how well I will be able to handle all of it at once. I am moving in with my parents temporarily, starting a brand-new job in a new-to-me field, and turning my relationship long-distance, all starting May 1. I started W30 now, because I figured I can get through some of the sugar crashes this weekend and be on track for Monday, but who knows? Anyone else start Whole30 as sort of a life Spring Cleaning? Administrators ladyshanny Posted April 27, 2017 Administrators Share Posted April 27, 2017 Oh, goodness, that's a big chunk of life you've bitten off! We're here to support you but honestly, if doing the Whole30 makes your current circumstances harder and not easier, know that there will probably be calmer times to do it. I'm not trying to discourage you, rather get you to consider whether you are setting yourself up to fail? If you're set on it, then welcome! Google "Whole30 no egg breakfast" for tonnes of ideas. Also this thread is great:
