Hi all,

My name is Allison and I have been lurking on the boards for a few weeks contemplating taking the leap. I was hesitant because I love my dark chocolate, coffee, and wine. Unfortunately, I know that these things bring about really bad habits like skipping the gym and overeating for me.

I am hoping to feel better, sleep better, and have more mental clarity. Losing a few pounds would be welcome, though that is not my overall goal at the moment. Wish me luck!!
