Not during a Whole30. Grain-free cereal is what we call Sex With Your Pants On or SWYPO. Not as satisfying as the real thing, likely to trigger cravings, and a quick path to going off-plan. In addition, such a cereal would include a big dose of omega 6 fatty acids that would skew your balance between omega 6s and omega 3s in the wrong direction.

Learn to eat supper for breakfast instead. It is convenient and freeing once you get used to it.
