My W120

Day 1 of a W120, 172.2 lbs.    I want to "journal" this as I did for my first W30 back in May 2015 just as a way to keep momentum and have a way to answer to myself.  I need food freedom and a way to get away from stress eating and the mentality of when one thing isn't working in life EVERYTHING must go to hell.  I just want to give a sh*t again.

Got up @ 5am and worked out - just a half hour but the getting up and out after weeks of no activity was a nice beginning victory.

Dealing with the aftermath of a weekend filled with food/drink debauchery over the weekend, therefore I'm keeping it light and bland today.

B - egg hash, reduced intake of coffee to 2 cups

L - grilled chicken and guac

Day 1 of a W120

I am also doing a W120, I started April 24. I'm on Day 9. I'm in that boat too, of just wanting to get rid of all of the "out of control" eating/emotional eating/cheat night turning into cheat weekend etc.

Good luck!

Day 2 of W120

These first few days  are always rough.  Missed am workout, hoping to get one in tonight.  Would be nice to get out of the 3 pant rotation for work and wear some real clothes - it's been way too long.

B - egg hash and breakfast meatballs

L - complaint kielbasa, apple sauce and baked zucchini

D - iheartumami's marinated pork loin - she's got really great recipes!

Day 3 of 120

Taking this one day at a time.  So far no real cravings just feeling on edge and tired - but I know that's normal.  Trying to take a more positive approach with life in general!  Thinking maybe it's not necessary to log my food but just reflect on my mental status - which is what 80% of the battle ha?

Adding daily meditation to my list of what I hope to gain from this experience.

Good luck to you as well - it will be nice to check with a fellow 120-er from time to time :)

Day 4 of 120

Staying positive rather than thinking about things (food) I can't have, thinking about the really, really good food we eat on this plan!  It tastes so good I just don't get why I keep going back to the crap - not anymore, right?  That's the plan and I'm sticking to it.

Yikes!  Day 11 of 120 - it's been busy apparently so I haven't checked in.  Still going strong and I feel less prone to bailing with each day (I think haha).  To continue the gratitude theme, I am consciously trying to move my thoughts from default cynical/skeptical/negative to free/positive/love/thanks - finding the plus in each and every situation I'm in - even with kids that drive me totally nuts and co-workers that are balls of negativity!  This is proving to be as difficult as sticking to the W30!!
