So I have been having rice oil!

I am one who generally does all her research before starting a new healthy eating plan, but I really screwed up this time!

I totally missed the part about rice oil being on the no list, and since my mom got a big bottle for discount, I have been using it quite a bit, not always, but sometimes. 

I am already on day 22, does this ruin everything ?

Oh, darnit! Take a look at the article "Do I Have to Start Over" linked in my signature below (or if you're on mobile, just google it). You tell us if you should start over. I find certain forms of rice (brown rice mostly) to be extremely gut-disruptive for me and since oil from rice is usually rice bran oil, ya, you could need a restart on your reset, unfortunately. :(
