Ordered hand rollls off the gluten free menu without the rice, buuuut I dipped them in soy sauce. Didn't think much about it. I now see it's not allowed. Did I just ruin everything?!?! AHH. For future sushi restaurant meals, many people get a bottle of coconut aminos to take with them, so they have something to dip in. It's not exactly the same as soy sauce, but is an okay substitute.
