AC_THornley
Hey everyone- I have seen a few conversations about fruit juice and I know the overall consensus regarding drinking it purely to drink. My question is, for medical reasons, cranberry juice in its natural form is highly recommended to help with UTIs and various other bladder problems. While ideally running the course of Whole 30 will help prevent these from happening, in the mean time, I would like to ease the pain with cranberry juice. Look at the attached pictures and give your thoughts on whether you would recommend. I have had before Whole 30 and it's about as tart and nasty as a normal cranberry, so I don't believe sugars are hiding inside. I am on my first round of Whole 30, so please go gently on me. laura_juggles
Are you prone to UTIs? You can splash some juice into one of your glasses of water. Dehydration can also be a contributing factor, so you may really just need to make sure you're properly hydrated.

You only need to drink about 1/4 cup of this a day for UTI's so I would suggest either mixing with water or slamming it back. Not drinking juice is a recommendation, not a rule, so in this case, you can make your own best judgement for what to do... you're not going off your W30 if you drink it.
