Bananas/coconut/coconut milk/pecans

Can I have this with my dinner of veggies and protein as a "side"? I'm trying to change up my variety and very rarely add fruit or nuts. Today I feel like doing so. Is this considered cheating or SWYPO? I'm not looking to replace t with anything or substitute for something and still plan to have protein + fat + veggies.

That's a LOT of fruit and nuts.  Fruit is recommended to be 0-2 fist sized servings a day, eaten with meals.  Nuts are recommended to be a closed handful every other day at most...

You CAN have this but it is not really doing you any favors...
