Mosesport
So I know a lot of people get crazy about the 'rules' of the Whole30 (I'm one of them).. so I'm sorry if this is getting down to semantics... but I have a veggie mix (frozen) from the grocery store that contains baby corn. I know baby corn is NOT compliant, so I'm wondering... if I pick the baby corn pieces out of the veggie mix, am I compliant? Does simply removing it make the mix compliant? Or is the whole bag non-compliant since at one point it contained baby corn? Sometimes the Whole30 makes me crazy. I just want to make sure I'm doing it right. :/

laura_juggles
It'll be easier to pick them out before you cook it because they'll have been individually quick frozen.
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted May 16, 2017 Moderators Share Posted May 16, 2017 I do this all the time... I just dump an amount into my frying pan and then dig through and pick out the corn... easy peasy... if you accidentally cook one or two, you can pick them out later too.
