Hello from the UK

Am new here, have just joined the forum and plan to start whole 30 tomorrow (18th May)

I have toyed with low carb, high fat and intermittent fasting before but love the commitment that a 30 day programme can give. I tend to 'slip' so am promising here that I am not going to 'slip' for the next 30 days.
