Tor26 Posted May 17, 2017 Share Posted May 17, 2017 Am new here, have just joined the forum and plan to start whole 30 tomorrow (18th May) I have toyed with low carb, high fat and intermittent fasting before but love the commitment that a 30 day programme can give.
