Starting Thursday! Very nervous.

@Katie Simon5581 I too have a wicked sweet tooth. If I could offer some advice, here's what is working for me moving forward. I have identified my food without breaks, specifically Larabars because they're a sugar bomb. One becomes two, and before I know it – I ate more than I planned. Also, if you're feeling stressed... instead of turning to the sweets and non-compliant foods, think of an activity you can do to unwind. Maybe it's getting a pedicure, or reading a magazine, listening to music, going for a walk, calling a friend, etc.  Lastly, I wouldn't worry about being the "weirdo eater". There are so many people who don't eat this and that. Just focus on you and your goals.
