Today is my wedding anniversary and while my official Whole30 is complete, we stuffed ourselves silly with random food, a martini, and the bartender brought us some banana something-or-other that I surprisingly tried. Come to find out, the banana something-or-other, while tasty, was some kind of bread pudding concoction. Man! This is why I don't eat out! Now that I've stuffed myself silly and had GRAINS, do I fast tomorrow or what? How does this get rectified? I don't normally stuff myself...well, except when coconut butter is around and it was. Oh great; I stuffed myself more than I thought. Big bummer. Normally I'd run it all off, but I've gotten past that debacle of a solution.

Any suggestions? I feel like a poofy plumpo.
