I've started Whole30 program last week and till now everything is going ok (I think).I'm very excited, because I'm already feeling body changes. I was feeling very bloated, but now my pants are already getting wide. About sweets/chocolates/soda etc, I'm not missing it at all, because I've always had restricted diet due my overweight. Even practicing multiple sports (swimming, handball, volleyball and regular gym), I've been always overweight. Now I'm practicing crossfit 3-4 times a week and pole dancing 2 times a week. My goals are lose fat (hopefully the weight too), reboot my body and my mind with healthier options and discover myself in the kitchen. I'm still trying to discover/organize good options for my pre-wo and post-wo meals ... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
