Can't lie, I don't think I've been able to complete a proper workout since beginning the Whole 30. My 3 hour training rides diminished down to 60 minute pedal sessions.

That being said, I'm still glad I committed to this Whole 30 program. I've discovered that there are quite a few vegetables that I actually enjoy as opposed to simply tolerate. It'll be interesting to see if I have any negative reactions to gluten, legumes or dairy. Regardless of what happens, I can safely say that sugary treats will be kept to a minimum; I've felt really good about abstaining from sugars / sweeteners.
