No13baby Posted May 29, 2017 Share Posted May 29, 2017 Starting my first successful Whole 30 tomorrow! I tried it in April and cheated twice so can't really claim to have completed it. Going to start in principal today but tomorrow it begins officially. I signed up for the daily emails that start tomorrow. This time my spouse is not doing it with me so I thought the extra encouragement from the daily mails and a food log forum would be key. Here's to 30 days of feeling strong and healthy! Stuck to the plan with stuffed cabbage soup at lunch, turkey and an orange for snack, and whole 30 chicken pad Thai for dinner (skipped breakfast since I got up late).
