Starting May 30

Starting my first successful Whole 30 tomorrow!  I tried it in April and cheated twice so can't really claim to have completed it.  <_<

Going to start in principal today but tomorrow it begins officially. I signed up for the daily emails that start tomorrow.  This time my spouse is not doing it with me so I thought the extra encouragement from the daily mails and a food log forum would be key.  

Here's to 30 days of feeling strong and healthy!

Day 0 almost down and all was good.  Stuck to the plan with stuffed cabbage soup at lunch, turkey and an orange for snack, and whole 30 chicken pad Thai for dinner (skipped breakfast since I got up late). Now I'm tooth-brushed, sitting in jammies, ready to hit the bed if cravings strike.
