May 31 Start

Hi, I'm Shannon and I'm starting my first Whole 30 on 5/31 at the recommendation of my Naturopath. I've had a hard time getting my thyroid treatment really dialed in and we suspect some food sensitivities are playing a part - I've had blood work done but it's not like that can tell me what sugar does to my system etc.

I'm trying to plan all my meals about a week in advance so I don't get stuck wondering what to cook. But with so much new info it's a little overwhelming, especially since I have a 16 month old running around. Any advice or tips on how to prep certain things in advance or favorite snacks to have handy in case I can't start cooking when I want to?
