RockinRobinVSG
My daughter hates when I use the instant pot. One of her favorite casseroles always turns out mushy because of all the liquid I have to use for the pressure. Tried making it in a glass dish with the water under the glass dish and still the water drips from above into the glass dish. Can anything be done? Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted May 31, 2017 Moderators Share Posted May 31, 2017 May there's an Instant Pot forum or community online that can help? This is pretty specific for Whole30...
ArtFossil
1 cup is the minimum liquid for an Instant Pot. If your recipe calls for less than that, it's not a good candidate for Instant Pot cooking.
Beergal
Have you tried lowering the amount of liquids?? I've made recipes with only 1/2C of liquid and the recipes have always turned out great.
Grammyof5
Try putting the water under the dish, the dish on the rack and cover the dish with foil to keep the water from dripping on it. I've done cheesecake in it with a paper towel on top and then the pan covered with foil.
