cristinamt Day 1 Whole 30

Day One of Whole 30 . M1: sautéed asparagus, zucchini, white onion, cherry tomatoes, and sweet potato, paired with a fried egg. I tossed in some Aidell's chicken apple sausage for extra protein. This is so good!

M2: tuna fish with Primal Kitchen avocado mayo in a pepper, banana with Tessemaes ranch dip for cherry tomatoes. So... it's much later than I wanted to eat, but I wasn't hungry and not sure if that's a good or bad thing. Once I'm finished with lunch it's back to summer camp lesson planning.

M3: shrimp stir-fry with bell peppers, cauliflower rice and The New Primal cooking sauce. Oh boy my dinner is just out of this world. It's also the bomb but no really, it is. The sauce is Whole 30 compliant which is awesome because there's a nice heat to it that I love. I could eat this everyday.
