Susie Que
Can someone tell me if these are allowed or not? I did a search on this section of the forum and couldn't find anything...

Susie Que
No, not a vegetarian - I just love them, and I thought they were really healthy! Also we eat out with friends at Japanese restaurants a lot, and I need something I can actually eat...

I had the same exact hang ups on smoothies and edamame, etc….low cal/low fat… I recall you asking how to break free from smoothies and soliciting encouragement from anyone who had a history with an ED - I've started to respond a few times, but needed more time to think it through. I hope you're finding your way toward true mental and physical health – I understand where you are!
