Wake up 8:20 Meal 1 9:30: black coffee and strawberries coffee Meal 2 12:00: salad with bib lettuce, cucumbers, olives, roast beef, avocado oil, balsamico, salt & pepper coffee Snack 5:00 : chorizo, coconut water probiotics Meal 3 9:00: stir fry with beef, broccoli, mushroom, carrot, coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, avocado Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Got up at 8:15 Meal 1 9:00 sweet potato, 1/2 avocado, bacon, coffee coffee Meal 2 12:30 borscht, strawberries coffee Meal 3 5:30 chicken, tuna, mayo, gherkin double espresso Feeling pretty terrible. Definitely overdid it on the mayo but it was so delicious. Body hurts all over and kinda nauseous. Headache. Dealing with MASSIVE stress at work so it's really hard to tell what symptoms are from food and what are from stress. Probably didn't eat enough in general today. Going to bed by 10 for sure.
