Starting weight 124 lbs.  Exhaustion, acne, joint pain, arthritis and fibro flair ups.  Hoping to get back my energy and reduce pain.

Wake up 8:20

Meal 1 9:30: black coffee and strawberries

Meal 2 12:00: salad with bib lettuce, cucumbers, olives, roast beef, avocado oil, balsamico, salt & pepper

Snack 5:00 : chorizo, coconut water probiotics

Meal 3 9:00: stir fry with beef, broccoli, mushroom, carrot, coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, avocado

I would love to hear how your fibro flares are during this and if they get any better! My sister has Fibromyalgia and I have tried to show her Whole30, but she doesn't listen. Best of luck to you during your Whole30!

When i did round 1 it significantly helped reduce my pain and inflammation.

Measurements: arm 27 cm, waist 79 cm, hips 95 cm

Woke up 9:00

meal 1 at 10:15 2 fried eggs with ghee over arugala worth olives

Skipped meal 2 due to upset stomach and midday schedule

Coffee

Meal 3 at 8pm 2 compliant Frank's with mushrooms and avocados

Meal2 at 4:30 raw carrot, olives, chorizo

Meal3 8:30 half baked potato with ghee and bacon, African spiced chicken and carrots. 3 dates.

Meal 1 11:45 double espresso, african chicken, carrots, baked potato with ghee and 1/2 avocado

single espresso

Meal 2 3:00 raspberries and blueberries, prosciutto, olives

Meal 3 7:00 borscht with beef, beets, carrots, cabbage, onion, beef broth, mushrooms, tomato sauce, herbs, oil, vinegar

snack 10:00 coconut probiotics, piece of raw coconut

bed 10:30-11ish

Snack 11:00 pint of strawberries

Meal2 1:00 borscht

Snack 5:30 2 pieces coconut

Meal3 8:30 chorizo, steak, sweet potato with ghee, bacon

Bedtime apx 10pm

Day 6!

Actually went to bed at 11pm last night.  Got up at 7:15.

Meal 1 8:00 coffee, blackberries, coconut, sweet potato

Meal 2 12:00 salad with cucumber, lettuce, cabbage, carrot.  2 skewers chicken

Meal 3 8:30 salmon, 1/2 avocado, broccoli with ghee

bed 10-10:30

Wow, day 7?!  Really?

Got up at 8:15

Meal 1 9:00 sweet potato, 1/2 avocado, bacon, coffee

Meal 3 5:30 chicken, tuna, mayo, gherkin

double espresso

Feeling pretty terrible.  Definitely overdid it on the mayo but it was so delicious.  Body hurts all over and kinda nauseous.  Headache.  Dealing with MASSIVE stress at work so it's really hard to tell what symptoms are from food and what are from stress.  Probably didn't eat enough in general today.  Going to bed by 10 for sure.  So tired.

Wokeup feeling terrible. Didn't get out of bed until 9 and skipped breakfast.

11:00 coffee because i was exhausted

12:20 steak, sweet potato, olives, strawberries

5:00 speck, chorizo

8:00 shepherd's pie

10:30 bed
