cristinamt Posted June 2, 2017 Share Posted June 2, 2017 It's Day 1 of Whole 30. M1: Aidell's chicken apple sausage with roasted potatoes and caramelized white onion. I'm missing some extra veggies, but the portion size is easier. To be honest I had a few cashews last night before bed, only to realize they are made with peanut oil. cristinamt Posted June 3, 2017 Author Share Posted June 3, 2017 M2: banana grapes and a bell pepper. The Whole 30 so far has been a struggle bus simply due to the amount of food for each meal. It's just a lot and my stomach isn't used to the amounts for each meal to satisfy the meal template. Thank goodness I'm alone right now because I'm super gasy. M3: pear cranberry salad with vinaigrette. It came with blue cheese, but I said no thanks and passed on the candied pecans too. My dinner was yummy. I passed on my boyfriends fries.
