AllGood
Hello, I am hoping to start June 8. Still need to get a food processor and get my groceries. It seems menopause, and aging have gotten the best of me. I hope my general body aches and stiffness diminish or go away. Does anyone know how much of the cooking can be done ahead of time and frozen for later use. I have a very unpredictable work schedule and sometimes I have plenty of time other times, I can barely sit. so, I'd like to prepare menus and freeze them as mush as possible. Many thanks, I am looking forward to the next 30 days!

Regan
Good luck, this is day 4 for me! I would have to say that preparation has been key, there's no excuse when you already have food waiting. Another thing I found helpful is I designated a cupboard just for me, that way I don't have to constantly work around my family's food. It also stops me from complaining about the food they eat! victoriajon
Hi, I hope today goes as planned for everyone starting today! I started last Monday and I am happy to report that I have been compliant for a whole week now, and the worst parts of sugar withdrawal seem to be over now.
