I might even add pictures if I am feeling extra motivated. Some of other pregnant Whole30/Paleo could also use accountability and motivation. If you want to join in just post a little intro and start posting once a day with your nutrition intake and anything else you'd like to share. PS. It's okay to discuss mistakes here. Yesterday I had a gluten free brownie AND some mint chocolate. I really want to get back to treats being berries with coconut milk. A bit about me: 34, soon to be 35, Canadian living in the UK, second time mom, due in January. I have dabbled in Paleo for a few years now and completed three whole30s (last one was weeks 18-22 of this pregnancy).
