Jollytime Posted June 7, 2017 Share Posted June 7, 2017 I am only on day 6 and today I had a baked potato & ghee, avacado, egg and bacon for breakfast. Within the hour I had cramps and loose stools. Could be... that's a lot of fat for one meal tho... bacon is considered a fat, ghee is fat, avocado is fat, egg yolks are fatty.... Try adding some non starchy veggies to your meal and pick one or two of the fats. If you are quite sensitive to dairy, ghee can cause problems due to traces of the milk protein left, so that could have been it too, but try and nake a template meal for all three meals a day.
