Newbie Starting 6/19

I am starting my first Whole30 program tomorrow and I am a little nervous about getting started.. I have IBS and gained 10 lbs in the last 7 months, but not sure why. I have chronic back pain and have been working out with a trainer to strengthen my back since October.  

Anyway, I bought a ton of food and plan to cook my heart out tomorrow and Tuesday to have enough food for the week. I am mostly worried that I will not have enough food prepared for the week and that I could slip down the slope back into carb and craving land on my work days. Regardless.... I am excited to get started!

Anyone else starting tomorrow?
