New Start June 19

Starting again this week.  Great first day since I prepared on Saturday to begin on Sunday.  Mayo from Nom Nom Paleo along with Sriracha.  Wonderful pineapple salsa and Watermelon Salad.  I cooked a pan of Chicken Thighs to have on hand then made the kitchen smell great with Marbella Chicken over Kale.  Thank you Melissa for an awesome recipe.  The leftovers for lunch today were as good as the meal last night.  The Watermelon salad was even better.

Breakfast this morning was quick- do you know how good a fried egg is with Pineapple Salsa.  What a bright way to start the day.  Day 2 is looking very good.

Oh and another treat:  Michelle Tam's PB&J Energy Balls.  Yumm I had to tell my husband to only have one a day (okay maybe 2).
