Energy (that's not coffee)

Hi, 

I am on Day 2 of Whole 30!  One of the things I have a hard time with is my lack of caffeine.  I hate coffee and only moderately like tea, so I used to drink something called ZipFizz every day.  Its caffeine and vitamins that you mix into water.  Its a refreshing bubbly drink but it is sweetened so its out on Whole 30.  I really need a boost before my workouts.  Is there anything bubbly and caffeinated that I can have? I cannot stomach coffee.  Tea is just meh.  I need bubbles and caffeine together!  Thanks!

Never heard of such a thing that is Whole30 compliant, but since you can't have your zipfizz thing, why not try using the recommendations for pre and post workouts... if you're eating three template meals a day and the pre and post workout recommendations, you should'nt need a synthetic boost to do the workouts...
