A banana is a good substitute for junk food. Bananas have vitamins and minerals. But, do bananas help you sleep?

You can google whether bananas help you sleep, I"m sure there are plenty of discussions on the internet about that.  However, the Whole30 does not recommend eating fruit on its own or eating within a couple hours of bed.

Are you having trouble sleeping? If so, magnesium supplements can help or if you give us more information about what your struggle currently is, along with what you've been eating and drinking, we can see if we can help.
