Hello,

I pulled the trigger and registered for a 13.1 mile race. I'm really wondering what kinds of foods I should be eating because the majority of the American world would say focus on whole grain pastas, whole grain rice, brown rice, things of that nature. What foods should I be eating after runs and before the big race to load up on the energy.
