nathan3leaf
I'm curious if during the re-introduction of foods, a person doesn't experience negative effects, could they re-introduce another food the next day or even 2 days later, or should there always be that span of three days in between newly introduced foods? Moderators ShannonM816 Posted June 24, 2017 Moderators Share Posted June 24, 2017 The reintroduction calls for two days of Whole30 eating between each day of reintroduction. The reason that there is a gap is in case you have some reaction that doesn't show up immediately, or that lasts more than 24 hours. Even if you don't notice anything immediately, it's best to wait just in case something shows up the next day. If you just went ahead and reintroduced something else the next day, and you had a reaction, it might be a reaction to the thing you just reintroduced, or to the thing you'd reintroduced the day before, or to the combination of them. nathan3leaf
Gotcha, thanks for the reply. I'll just be patient then and wait the full duration before a new introduction.
