From what I can gather, this is some sort of a cleanse, the information for which is only available in a book you can buy. What I found from googling was that it involves grains, legumes, soy (specifically called out as necessary) and dairy and is completely incongruous with the Whole30.

That said, we don't discuss the pros and cons of other diet plans here.  If you would like to do the Whole30, we're 100% here to help you but this is a program specific forum provided by the owner of the program, not a forum for discussing alternate diet and cleanse plans that are the polar opposite of what the Whole30 is about.
