Too much fat for 1 meal?

Hello. I'm on Day 24  and  don't know what took so long to question this, but am I adding too much fat for 1 meal? This is an example of a day for me:

Breakfast:

2 eggs cooked with EV olive oil

sweet potato hash cooked in EV olive oil/coconut oil

compliant chicken apple sausage

1/2 avocado

Lunch:

Salad with tomato, cucumbers,peppers avocado, hearts of palm, apple (or other fruit), almonds (or other nuts)

EV olive oil

Chicken cooked in EV olive oil/coconut

Dinner:

Lean pork chop cooked with EV olive oil/coconut oil

spaghetti squash with homemade Basil Pesto

Sweet potato with ghee

It doesn't look like too much to me. 

The best way to judge this is how long you're going between meals. If you're going 4-5 hours, that's great. If you're only managing 2-3 hours before you're getting hungry, you should eat more. If you're regularly going 6-8 hours before you even start to think you're feeling hungry, you may want to cut back a little.
