DocIKY Posted November 5, 2012 Share Posted November 5, 2012 There's a recipe in Well Fed (best chicken you will ever eat recipe) where you brine the chicken breasts. My question is how far in advance can I do the brine? Can I leave the chicken in over night? I wanted to make it this week, but there's just not a week night I could brine it for 2 hours and then make it for dinner. Maybe I could brine it one night and cook it for dinner the next?
