fstar
I'm assuming sashimi is allowed at a sushi restaurant. No rice, no soy, no pickled ginger, just plain sashimi?

Susan W
Coconut aminos? What are they? I'm in Ireland, we're a bit behind on that sort of thing! Oh shoot..maybe they aren't available there. Derval lives in Ireland and she would know. You may want to send her a message and ask her. She has this Whole30 ingredient DOWN!!
fstar
How do I find her?! Still negotiating around the site from a not so smart smartphone!!!
Susan W
Her screen name is Derval, but I will send her a message because I am not positive you can do that from your phone. If you downloaded the Tapaptalk app that is talked about in the Announcements thread at the top of the list of forums, it's easy. I'll ask her to come here and answer your question. Derval
Here I am! Sadly no, you can't buy them here. Be back later with more info.
Kirsteen
You can order them from here http://www.vitaminsuk.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=10067 I've found them quick and reliable but I don't know the delivery charges to Ireland. You'd have to check that
Derval
There is a uk supplier called vivapure that stock it, they quoted me shipping - £4.16 for 1 bottle, £6.30 for 2...when I emailed them. Thanks Kirsteen, gosh they charge a lot per bottle, it's $7.50 in the States!
Delaine Ross
It's fermented coconut tree sap, btw. Yes, it's expensive but ohhhhh so delicious. Sometimes I think it makes the world go 'round.
TrayS
Just wanted to say that I totally drooled when I saw the word sashimi. Pretty much my favorite food EVER. Is the pickled ginger compliant??
Renee Lee
If you pickle it yourself, yes. Standard sushi joints' ginger is almost certainly not compliant
