Tiffdance
I'm on day 1 of reintro. Had some peanut butter with breakfast. Felt fine. Had some black beans with lunch. Within a couple hours, I was sure my body and black beans do not get along. So, does this mean all beans are out for me? Or is each bean different? lizzymckmini
As I understand it (and I could be incorrect, I'm super new to this) is that they may not all be the same. I read a comment on a different post that if on the day you reintroduce dairy you have issues, you can choose another reintro day for soft cheese and another for hard, or raw dairy and another for processed, or cows dairy and another for goat dairy to narrow down what it was exactly that did not get along with your body. I think the same would apply to beans. So if you think it may only be black beans you could choose a reintro day for just black beans (no peanut butter) and see if that helps to narrow down the food that bothers you. Hope this helps!
