Michelle137 Posted July 4, 2017 Share Posted July 4, 2017 I asked a couple at church what they were doing to look so much more fit and a lot healthier. They said Whole30. I bought the book while on vacation and read the rules and food choices. After going to the grocery store and looking at labels I didn't realize how much sugar was in 'everything'! I hope to gain a better outlook on what I put in my body and enjoy the benefits without worrying about my appearance or the scale.
