I asked a couple at church what they were doing to look so much more fit and a lot healthier.  They said Whole30.  I bought the book while on vacation and read the rules and food choices.  After going to the grocery store and looking at labels I didn't realize how much sugar was in 'everything'!  I hope to gain a better outlook on what I put in my body and enjoy the benefits without worrying about my appearance or the scale.  Here's to all of us and to the kitchen sink scrambled eggs I ate this morning.  Yum! :)
