Niki Lopez Posted July 4, 2017 Share Posted July 4, 2017 A few months ago I cleaned out my pantry and fridge of junk food; carbs, sugary snacks, dairy (except cheese). I stated the Akins diet. I always loose about 12 lbs. at the most and it stops. I joined a gym and lost about 12 lbs. and it stopped. My mother has arthritis in her knees and can barely walk or sleep. She refuses to give up her sugary snacks and cheese enchiladas. I don't want to end up that way. I am headed there now if I don't start this now. I've been wanting to this for sometime but didn't know how to get started. I watched hungry for change on Netflix. I am now buying this book. I can do this!
